Drugs that may be Given Endotracheally (LANE) 1. Lidocaine, atropine, naloxone, and epinephrine. 2. Drugs administered via the endotracheal route should be diluted to a volume of 3-5 mL of normal saline or followed by a 3-5 mL normal saline flush, followed by several positive-pressure ventilations.
